Role Summary

A Certified IOSH Trainer delivers accredited IOSH health and safety training programmes to employees, managers, and supervisors. The trainer ensures that all instruction meets IOSH standards, supports safe working practices, and improves organizational safety culture through effective learning delivery and assessment.

Key Responsibilities / Criteria

· is a Technical Level Member of IOSH

· is up to date with their continuing professional development (CPD)

· has a level 3 adult training qualification on a regulated framework or has completed the IOSH Train the Trainer course

· has two years’ substantial face-to-face training experience.

· Experience in delivering IOSH Managing Safely / Working Safely courses
