Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all sanitation protocols including proper sterilization of tools and equipment
• Educate clients on lash aftercare and product recommendations to prolong their results and enhance their experience
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, optimizing client flow
• Upsell related products such as lash cleansers, serums, and aftercare kits to boost retail sales
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions or related beauty treatments
• Proven experience performing eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work showcasing different styles and techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to lash application and salon environments
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional guidance
• Experience with additional beauty services such as brow shaping, body waxing, makeup application, or hair styling is a plus
• Ability to manage retail sales effectively while maintaining excellent guest services in a fast-paced setting

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
