We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team. Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, tinting, and other eye-enhancement treatments with precision and care
• Deliver comprehensive esthetic services including facial waxing, lash lifts, lash tinting, brow laminations, brow tinting, brow henna
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, makeup items, and beauty tools through engaging product demos and upselling strategies
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon management software like Mangomint or Mindbody for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build community engagement
• Assist the front desk by greeting clients, conducting thorough consultations, aftercare instructions, prebooking, retail product sales. and providing excellent guest services
• Stay informed about new trends in esthetics and cosmetology by participating in ongoing training on topics such as color theory, cutting edge techniques and products

Experience

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician or Esthetician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extension applications and skin treatment experience a PLUS!
• Valid Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license required; additional certifications or experience in the areas listed above a PLUS!
• Experience with salon software such as Mangomint or Mindbody for efficient appointment management a PLUS!
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes a PLUS!
• Knowledge of sanitation standards aligned with TDLR regulations a PLUS!
• Excellent communication skills paired with friendly guest service abilities to foster client loyalty and satisfaction- ESSENTIAL!

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
