Certified Legal Translator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Legal Translator to translate legal documents accurately between Arabic and English while maintaining legal terminology, formatting, and confidentiality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong linguistic abilities, legal knowledge, and experience handling official and sensitive documents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.

* Review and proofread translated materials for accuracy, grammar, and legal terminology.

* Translate contracts, agreements, court documents, licenses, certificates, policies, and official correspondence.

* Ensure all translations comply with legal and regulatory standards.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information and documents.

* Coordinate with legal teams and clients to clarify terminology when necessary.

* Prepare certified translations with official stamps/signatures where applicable.

* Maintain organized records of translated documents and revisions.

* Meet deadlines while handling multiple translation projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Law, or a related field.

* Certified Legal Translator accreditation is preferred.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in legal translation.

* Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

* Strong knowledge of legal terminology and legal documentation.

* Excellent proofreading and editing skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and translation tools/software.

* High attention to detail and confidentiality standards.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience working with law firms, government entities, or corporate legal departments.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
