Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to patient detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet and welcome patients and families in a friendly and professional manner, checking patient's vitals sign, managing I/M injections, administration of IV fluids, and blood draws. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Manage the reception area if required. Ensuring patients rooms and appliances are clean and presentable at all times. Manage the lab order entry and data entry tasks. Provide support and help to colleagues as needed. Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records - Manage lab tasks including inventory management and supply ordering requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed. Proficient computer literacy, including a working knowledge for data entry and maintenance. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Previous experience as a medical assistant is a plus. Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
