WELL LAB is a fast-growing wellness medspa specializing in non-invasive body contouring, cryotherapy, red light therapy, skin rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We focus on measurable results, layered treatment plans, and premium client experiences.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Closing Manager to take over consultation sales, package closing, and front desk leadership.

This is NOT a basic receptionist role.
This is a revenue-driving leadership position.

Position Overview

The Sales & Closing Manager is responsible for:

  • Conducting consultations
  • Presenting customized treatment plans
  • Closing high-ticket packages ($1,000–$5,000+)
  • Handling objections with confidence
  • Increasing average client spend
  • Managing front desk operations and team performance

This role directly impacts company revenue and growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Sales & Revenue Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations
  • Present customized treatment plans confidently and ethically
  • Close high-ticket treatment packages
  • Maintain and improve close rate targets
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads
  • Handle objections professionally (price, spouse objection, “need to think about it,” etc.)
  • Upsell and cross-sell services based on client goals
  • Track KPIs (close rate, average ticket, rebooking rate)
  • Implement promotional offers strategically

Front Desk & Operations Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations
  • Manage appointment scheduling and optimization
  • Ensure proper intake forms and documentation
  • Collect payments and manage financing options
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Train front desk staff on scripts and sales processes
  • Monitor client experience and retention
  • Resolve client concerns professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front area
  • Assist with inventory tracking and retail product sales
  • Support marketing events and in-house promotions

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of high-ticket sales experience (medspa, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, luxury retail, or similar industries preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing $1,000+ packages consistently
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Exceptional communication and confidence
  • Ability to read people and build trust quickly
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and financing
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work weekends if needed

Compensation Structure

High performers can earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually.
