Certified Medical Assistant

Job Title: Medical Assistant (Gynecology / Reproductive Endocrinology)
Location: Fertility Florida
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Up to 30 hours per week)

Pay: $16.50 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• No weekends

Job Overview:
Fertility Florida is seeking a reliable, professional Medical Assistant to join our team. Our practice specializes in gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and obstetrics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment while providing compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with gynecological, reproductive endocrinology, and obstetrics procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (if certified)
• Assist with patient intake, charting, and documentation in electronic medical records
• Schedule appointments and help manage patient flow
• Handle administrative and computer-based tasks as needed
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies
• Follow all office policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant experience preferred (OB/GYN or fertility clinic experience is a plus)
• Strong computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy medical office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy certification
• BLS certification
• Spanish-speaking preferred
• Creole- speaking preferred
