Certified Medical Assistant

A busy and well-established medical office is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Scribe to join our team! This dual role is perfect for someone who is passionate about patient care and enjoys the fast-paced environment of a clinical setting.

Preferred skills:

• Degree in Medical Assisting or higher
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records)
• Familiarity with medical billing and coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in real time during exams
• Assist with patient care, intake, and administrative duties
• Support providers with documentation, orders, referrals, and charting
• Ensure accurate coding and billing processes
• Help maintain a smooth and efficient office workflow
