Description:
Precision Healthcare Specialists is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) providers. This role is responsible for both clinical and administrative duties, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care in a fast-paced specialty environment. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, excellent patient interaction, and experience in a specialty practice (ENT experience preferred but not required).

Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints

Assist providers with ENT examinations and in-office procedures (e.g., ear cleanings, nasal endoscopy setup, allergy testing support)

Prepare and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and equipment

Perform basic clinical tasks such as injections, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing

Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Provide patient education and post-visit instructions

Assist with scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments as needed

Maintain infection control and adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards

Ensure proper stocking of supplies and assist with inventory management
Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required-
High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience preferred

Experience in ENT, allergy, or specialty practice is a plus

Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athenahealth)

Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
