What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to be here
• Rooming patients and assisting with clinical flow
• Assisting with injections (as trained/comfortable)
• Supporting providers during procedures
• Assisting the doctor with miscellaneous tasks
• Managing patient inquiries, inbox communication, and call-backs
• Calling pharmacies and coordinating care needs
• Educating patients on therapies (as you learn and grow)
• Stocking and maintaining clinical supplies
• Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
• Jumping in wherever an extra hand is needed

No two days look the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Computer literate / comfortable with technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
