What You’ll Do:

• Assist physicians during procedures, scribing, and patient intake.
• Input physician prescriptions accurately into the EMR system.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient registration.
• Greet patients, prepare them for exams, and document medical history, allergies, and medications.
• Take vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Educate patients on skincare and create customized treatment plans.
• Set up for medical and cosmetic procedures, such as biopsies, injections, HydraFacial, Emsculpt, and more.
• Initiate and complete prior authorizations for medications.
• Maintain office cleanliness, sterilize instruments, and stock supplies.
• Promote and educate patients on skincare products and esthetic treatments.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in managing skincare store (ie. product inventory, processing orders, shipping, taking payments)
• Perform other duties as directed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Medical Assistant certification required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of medical experience (Dermatology preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in attention to detail
• Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
