Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring patient comfort
• Assist physicians and healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures
• Administer injections, perform basic laboratory tests, and collect specimens as directed
• Manage patient documentation, update medical records, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate patient care activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and medical equipment
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
