Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
to join our fast-paced
University Infectious Disease
clinic.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and is passionate about patient care. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures

Manage patient scheduling and clinic flow

Handle prior authorizations and obtain pre-certifications for MRIs, CTs, and surgeries
-
Track test results and ensure follow-up
-
Triage patients and respond to inquiries professionally
-
Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications
-
MA certification required
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Requirements

6-months to 1-year previous medical experience
-
MA or EMT Certification.
