Certified Montessori Teacher – Educational Sales & Division Development

We are seeking a Certified Montessori Teacher who is ready for an exciting new challenge beyond the classroom!

Our company is expanding its educational division focused on Montessori materials, nursery and school supplies, and open-ended play toys. We are looking for a motivated professional who combines a strong understanding of Montessori philosophy with an interest in sales and business development.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to transition from teaching into a leadership-oriented sales position where you will:

• Build and develop our Montessori & Early Years educational division
• Introduce high-quality Montessori and open-ended play materials to nurseries and schools
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions across the UAE
• Advise clients on product selection aligned with authentic Montessori principles
• Identify growth opportunities and drive sales performance

Requirements

• Certified Montessori Teacher (AMI, AMS, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Montessori materials and classroom environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in sales/business development
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
