About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager with proven experience in the education sector to lead revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, and develop strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands how to convert inquiries into enrollments in educational institutions, build sustainable revenue systems, and drive long-term business growth. You will oversee the entire sales journey—from inquiry to enrollment—while contributing to strategic planning and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Management

  • Manage the complete sales funnel (inquiry → consultation → follow-up → closing → enrollment).
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments with strong closing rates.
  • Develop pricing strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Track and report weekly and monthly KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue).

2. Enrollment Strategy

  • Design and implement effective enrollment campaigns.
  • Improve inquiry response time and parent/student engagement.
  • Create structured follow-up systems to increase conversion rates.
  • Optimize WhatsApp communication, CRM usage, and consultation processes.

3. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build partnerships with schools, nurseries, corporate groups, and community organizations.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels.
  • Develop collaboration strategies to enhance brand visibility and student acquisition.
  • Represent the organization at networking events and educational exhibitions.

4. Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to long-term revenue and expansion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to align growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, consultation, and closing skills.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with strategic planning capability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with parents and students is highly preferred.
  • Should be based in Dubai, and preferably have their own visa

Preferred Profile

  • Background in premium education or enrichment programs.
  • Strong understanding of enrolment funnels.
  • Experience in growth strategy or business scaling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales processes.
  • Leadership potential to manage or grow a sales team.
