Position Summary

As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

You play a critical role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care every day.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  
  
  

Clinical Support

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care and resident interactions accurately
• Assist nursing staff with treatments as directed
  
  
  

Environment & Safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
  
  
  

Team & Resident Engagement

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions
• Participate in training and ongoing education
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Current, active CNA certification (PA)
• Graduate of an approved CNA program
• New graduates welcome!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
