Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support—always maintaining dignity and respect.
• Promote Comfort & Safety: Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, ensuring their well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Foster Meaningful Connections: Build trust and relationships with residents and families to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and communal areas clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Record care activities and communicate updates clearly with nursing and care staff.
• Collaborate with the Care Team: Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized, holistic care.
• Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
