Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time
Job Summary:
We are hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!
Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus available!*
Our CNA team provides routine daily nursing care to our residents, and we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team.
Openings on all shifts. $21 to $28 an hour, depending on shift, with weekly pay. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being

Assist with resident activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Participate in planning and following current resident care plans

Document accurately and completely

Meet personal grooming needs for each resident

Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident
Requirements:

Must have an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions

Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public

Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
