Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

CareBuilders at Home - Marietta GA is currently looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Kennesaw, GA.

Compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to individuals in need
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties
• Flexible availability is important for this role. In-home care hours vary by client and may not follow a standard full-time schedule. CNA assignments may include brief 2-hour visits, mid-length shifts, or extended 4–8-hour care blocks, depending on the level of support needed.
• Candidates should be open to different shift lengths and weekly schedules. Some shorter assignments may pay at a higher hourly rate, while longer shifts may offer steadier hours. Dependability and flexibility help ensure proper client coverage and successful placement.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be State of GA certified CNA with an active registration
• Previous experience as a caregiver strongly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow daily care plans and their detailed instructions
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
