Centurion Health is proud to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, GA.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care to an incarcerated population under the supervision of nursing, medical, and mental health staff. The CNA supports patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic clinical tasks while maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional care environment.
Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow safety, security, and infection control protocols
Collaborate with nursing, medical, and mental health teams
High school diploma or GED required
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
One (1) year of CNA experience preferred (long-term care, skilled nursing, residential care, physician practice, or correctional setting)
Current PPD documentation for tuberculosis screening or ability to obtain
Current CPR and AED certification
Ability to pass background investigation and obtain required security clearance
