Major tasks, Key Responsibilities, & Key Accountabilities

• Providing excellent customer service
• help cashiers check out customers
• answer any patient questions (except medication counseling)
• Adding & managing HIPAA-protected patient information into pharmacy software
• maintaining accurate patient records
• properly billing prescriptions to insurance
• reaching out to providers’ offices in a professional manner when necessary
• Working directly with pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals in a professional manner
• Consistently exhibiting quality leadership skills in the workplace

Position Overview & Requirements:

• Required Experience: customer service experience, 10+ years of pharmacy experience
• Work Hours: M-F 9am-6pm & rotating Saturdays 9am-1pm
• Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hour
• Location: Tyler, Texas
