Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Location:

Work from home. Occasional client meetings on zoom.

Tasks:

QuickBooks online and desktop: review financials prepped by junior bookkeepers, month end adjustments - for various industries.

Form 1065, 1040, 1120S prepared and Ultratax software. Some interfacing with clients, sending reports, collecting tax documents etc.

File monthly and quarterly sales tax returns.

Personality:

Must be professional, confidential and respectful. Candidate should have Quickbooks and tax return experience. Must be extremely computer proficient and detail oriented. This is a client facing role so you should feel comfortable meeting with clients and discuss discussing their financials.

Schedule:

Make your own schedule, as long as you are available at least 4 weekdays. You can work days, nights and/or weekends. Weekly hours are 25-30 hours per week.

Requirements:

Must be a CPA. Experience with Ultratax is preferred.

Must have extensive QuickBooks and organizational experience to review the monthly financial statements and post month and closing entries for the Bookkeepers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
