Certified Public Accountant (CPA US )

Join a growing U.S.-based CPA firm offering a fully remote opportunity for licensed CPAs located in the United States.

We are seeking motivated professionals (0–3 years of experience) who want to deepen their expertise in tax, accounting, and advisory services while working with a diverse U.S. client portfolio.

This role is ideal for newly licensed CPAs or early-career professionals seeking strong mentorship and long-term growth in public accounting.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage general ledger and oversee bookkeeping accuracy
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations

Tax Compliance & Advisory

• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns (Individual, Corporate, Partnership)
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Revenue Service
• Assist with tax planning and advisory engagements
• Research U.S. tax regulations and draft client memos
• Respond to IRS notices and client tax inquiries

Client Advisory & Communication

• Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients
• Participate in virtual client meetings
• Support audit engagements (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP

Qualifications

• Active CPA license (U.S.)
• 0–3 years of public accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and federal/state tax laws
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
