We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety. Qualification: Mechanical Engineer/B.Tech/ITI+ Graduation+ CMT/CST/CDT Certification

Experience:5 to 8 Years in Auto Motive Industry, Especially in Mercedes Benz(Mandatory)

UAE driving License :Mandatory

Job responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Inspection:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues, defects, and malfunctions.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess the condition of various vehicle systems.

2. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in vehicles.

Interpret diagnostic codes and determine the necessary repairs.

3. Repair and Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Execute complex repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.

Replace or repair faulty parts and components.

4. Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs and services performed.

Complete repair orders and document the parts and labor used for each job.

5. Use of Tools and Equipment:

Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.

Stay updated on the latest diagnostic equipment and technology.

6. Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs.

Offer cost estimates and time frames for repairs.

7. Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper disposal of hazardous materials.

8. Continuing Education:

Stay informed about advancements in automotive technology and attend training sessions to update skills.

Obtain and maintain relevant certifications.

9. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Work closely with parts department to order necessary components.

10. Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure repairs meet industry standards.

Address any issues or concerns related to the quality of repairs.
