CFD Engineer – Cradle CFD

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CFD Engineer with hands-on expertise in Cradle CFD tools such as SC/Tetra, SC/Flow, Heat Designer, etc. The candidate will work on advanced simulation projects across automotive, aerospace, HVAC, thermal, electronics cooling, and industrial applications. This role includes end-to-end simulation ownership—setup, execution, interpretation, optimization, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform geometry cleanup, model setup, boundary condition definition, and high-quality meshing in Cradle CFD
• Execute steady and transient simulations for fluid flow, turbulence, heat transfer, and coupled physics
• Validate simulation results using analytical methods or experimental data
• Prepare professional technical reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support design optimization and performance enhancement studies
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, CAE, and customer teams for successful project delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to workflow improvements

Skills & Requirements:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Thermal Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of industrial or R&D experience in CFD analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Cradle CFD tools (SC/Tetra / SC/Flow mandatory)
• Proficiency in meshing, solver setup, turbulence modeling, heat transfer, and post-processing
• Strong report writing, result interpretation, and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹377,499.85 - ₹1,202,402.87 per year
