CFO - Marketing / Media

Looking for Chief Financial Officer for Media & Marketing Segment who will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, reporting, governance, and control environment of the Group’s Media and Marketing businesses. The role ensures that financial resources are effectively managed, business performance is accurately monitored, risks are controlled, and strategic decisions are supported by reliable financial insights.

The CFO acts as a strategic business partner to the Segment CEO and Group leadership, supporting growth, profitability, investment decisions, budgeting, cost optimization, cash flow management, and compliance across all companies operating within the Media and Marketing segment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior finance leadership roles.

Experience in media, marketing, advertising, digital, communications, or service-based industries is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, tax, audit, and corporate governance.

Pay: From AED50,000.00 per month
