Our work spans finance transformation, enterprise performance management, cost optimization, value realization, operating model design, and the application of data, analytics, and emerging technologies within finance.
Role Overview
As an
Intern (New Associate)
within Accenture’s
Management Consulting – Finance (CFO&EV)
practice, you will work alongside experienced consultants to support client engagements focused on finance transformation and enterprise value creation. This role provides hands-on exposure to real client projects, structured problem-solving, and the consulting way of working.
You will contribute to research, analysis, and the development of insights that help CFOs and senior leaders make informed, value-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Support consulting teams on finance and enterprise value transformation engagements
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis (financial, operational, and industry research)
Assist in building client-ready deliverables, including:
PowerPoint presentations
Financial models
Business cases and dashboards
Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support process mapping and documentation of current and future-state finance processes
Participate in internal team discussions, problem-solving sessions, and client meetings (as appropriate)
Stay current on finance, accounting, and business trends impacting CFO organizations
Required
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in:
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong academic performance
Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and business fundamentals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Professional attitude with the ability to work in a team-based environment
Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred
Prior internship, project work, or coursework related to:
Consulting
Finance transformation
Data analysis or business analytics
Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or financial modeling (nice to have)
Interest in consulting, CFO agendas, and value-driven transformation
