Position Title: Change Agent – Enterprise Excellence (Business Transformation Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field (Required)
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in transformation, project management, or change management
* Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or relevant field)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
* Exposure to Power BI, automation, or digital transformation is a plus
Responsibilities:
* Support operating model transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Analyze business performance, processes, and customer journeys to identify gaps
* Assist in designing future-state processes and operating models
* Conduct data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping
* Participate in problem-solving sessions and identify improvement opportunities
* Track project progress, measure impact, and ensure benefits realization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
* Support change management activities and stakeholder alignment
