As a Change Consultant and Senior Trainer, you will define, develop, and deliver learning and change solutions to internal Wealth Management partners as part of the Change Enablement and Execution Team. You bring strong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, video storytelling, and creative learning applications, along with the ability to deliver engaging live training, outreach, and direct Q&A sessions.
Beyond training delivery, you bring a structured change and project management mindset, enabling you to plan, execute, and measure change initiatives that drive meaningful adoption and sustained behavior change. You understand that successful learning is not just delivered, it is adopted, embedded, and measured.
Training expertise in Salesforce s beneficial. Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with business functions such as account opening, money movement, document sharing, CRM systems, trusts, or investments is also an advantage. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and continuously evolving Agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage learning and change initiatives as projects, including planning, sequencing, dependency management, and risk mitigation
Technical proficiency in building learning deliverables using tools such as Articulate (Rise and Storyline), Captivate, Toonimo, Microsoft Office 365 Tools, Canva and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, reinforcement planning) and Agile delivery concepts such as MVPs and product roadmaps
Strong ability to analyze adoption, engagement, and effectiveness metrics, translating insights into continuous improvement actions

As a Change Consultant and Senior Trainer, you will:
Partner with management, performance consultants, product owners, and subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into measurable learning and change objectives
Apply change management methodologies to assess readiness, identify risks, and support sustained adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors
Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, performance support, and reinforcement activities
Facilitate live learning sessions, office hours, and targeted outreach to support pilots, releases, and post deployment adoption
Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics (e.g., participation, proficiency, usage, feedback), using insights to continuously improve learning and change strategies
Represent the Change Management and Training function in cross-functional meetings, providing clear status updates, risks, and recommendations
Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Co-Pilot, Clipchamp)
Working Model: Hybrid
We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week. We are open to location for this position, if there is a Northern Trust office within a reasonable commute to satisfy our in-office requirement.
Salary Range:
$95,600 - 162,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
