Role: Change & Implementation Advisor

Location: Dubai / Hybrid (with flexibility based on client requirements)

Day Rate: USD 500–600

Contract: Project-based, expected Nov/Dec start

About the Project

We are supporting a major client engagement in Dubai, delivering a multi-country Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking project across the media and investment sectors.

The project covers:

  • Market benchmarking and data analytics across GCC and global comparators
  • Compensation survey design, normalisation, and analysis
  • Sector-specific insights into reward structures and allowances
  • Change & implementation support for new total rewards frameworks

This is a high-profile engagement requiring experienced contractors to deliver alongside Proservartner’s leadership team.

Role Overview – Change & Implementation Advisor

The Change & Implementation Advisor will design and lead change management and implementation activities for total rewards frameworks across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop change management strategies, rollout plans, and toolkits
  • Create communication plans, implementation guides, and training materials
  • Support client HR teams in adoption of new compensation frameworks
  • Advise on stakeholder engagement, alignment, and workforce readiness
  • Ensure project deliverables are embedded and practical

Candidate Requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience in HR transformation or change management
  • Experience designing rollout plans and communication toolkits
  • Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and engagement skills
  • Ability to work with multi-country teams and adapt to client culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED500.00 - AED600.00 per day
