Job Summary: Responsible for shaping and promoting the adoption of organizational change strategies. This includes providing support and resources to help employees adapt to changes more readily. In addition to actively monitoring and addressing any resistance to change among employees within organizations in order to improve the overall outcomes of change initiatives.

• Coaching and training employees in the right skills to adopt new organizational changes
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
• Defining and setting KPIs such as change rejection rate, employee satisfaction, time-to-adoption, and adoption rate
• Assessing the impact of any change management strategies they put in place
• Identifying and mitigating risks within change approaches
• Supporting the effective communication of change strategies
• Keeping track of industry trends and helping businesses adapt to them
• Helping businesses stay competitive and relevant in their industry
• Prioritizing change requests, assessing their impact, and accepting or rejecting changes
• Documenting change management processes and change plans
• Working with project managers to ensure smooth operations, continuously monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments
• Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics

Skills And Qualifications

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills
• Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Change management certification or designation desired
