Job Summary:
Ensures controlled deployment, release governance, and configuration management in alignment with ITIL and architecture lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage release cycles for applications and infrastructure.
  • Implement change governance and CAB processes.
  • Ensure documentation and configuration accuracy (CMDB).
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years in change/release management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Hybrid work flexibility.
