ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

The Channel Developer is responsible for driving sales growth, service excellence, and operational efficiency. The role owns the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensures delivery in full and on time, minimizes returns, and delivers a best-in-class consumer experience. Additionally, the role builds channel strategy, recruits new consumers, enhances product mix, and develops loyalty programs to drive sustainable growth.


ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute channel growth strategies for key accounts
  • Drive sales volume, revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Build relationships with major customers and retail partners
  • Monitor KPIs such as:
    • Volume growth
    • Profitability
    • Brand performance
    • Distribution/penetration
    • Share versus competitors
  • Conduct market visits and ensure execution at point of sale
  • Implement promotions, pricing, and activation plans
  • Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activity
  • Prepare business reviews and performance report


ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or equivalent education
  • 1–2 years of relevant business experience
  • Strong understanding of business models and end‑to‑end operational management
  • Solid commercial acumen, supported by strong analytical, reporting, and data‑interpretation skills
  • Consumer‑centric, results‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on service excellence, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach and effective time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
