Channel Manager - Retail

Job Title: Channel Manager Retail

Location: Lahore

Reports To: Head of Sales

Job Summary: To enhance the performance, structure, and execution of sales and brand strategies by overseeing channel operations, supporting the sales team, ensuring alignment with head office directives, and contributing to long-term market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track sales team activities, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement strategies to boost sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies as instructed by Head Office.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide tools, training, and operational support to improve market performance.
  • Analyze key metrics related to brand performance, customer engagement, and sales growth to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development, rollout, and alignment of sales strategies, brand initiatives, and territory plans.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and leadership to maintain clear direction and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Experience in similar role is preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.
