MSI-SEE TR , based in Istanbul and covering Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, and Cyprus, is currently looking for a full-time Channel Marketing Specialist to support our rapidly growing regional operations.

Job Description

• Planning, execution and reporting of channel marketing budget processes.
• Following up marketing communications, execution and reporting for channel partners — including shop decorations, POSM material distribution and promotion planning.
• Overseeing POSM and giveaway material processes, including production, inventory management and supply for channel partners.
• Supporting the organization of events such as product launches, gaming tournaments and media gatherings.
• Coordinating and maintaining communication with agencies across various marketing activities.
• Monitoring and following up on financial processes related to channel marketing operations.
• Sharing and monitoring social media content based on a predefined schedule.
• Generating content ideas by following current events and digital trends.
• Collaborating with the creative team on marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of marketing experience (preferably in IT or tech).
• A relevant university degree.
• Strong, clear communicator with good organization skills.
• Excellent Turkish writing and speaking skills.
• Fluent in English (you’ll work with international teams).
• No military service obligations (for male candidates).
• Good at multitasking and team collaboration.
