Channel Operations Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Channel Operations team. This role is critical in supporting our broker network and internal teams by managing backend operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle broker onboarding and agreement management.
• Manage commission processing and ensure timely payouts.
• Coordinate events and maintain smooth interdepartmental communication (Procurement, Accounts, Channels, Audit, MIS).
• Support Channel Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers with backend tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Based in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Real estate experience preferred (but backend operations experience and UK documentation knowledge are acceptable).
• Event coordination experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
