Channel Partner Manager/ Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, investors, and channel partners
  • Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Promote and position our luxury real estate portfolio to potential clients and partners
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and conversions
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Strong network of brokers, investors, and industry professionals in Dubai
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
