
Channel Partner Manager/ Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, investors, and channel partners
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Promote and position our luxury real estate portfolio to potential clients and partners
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and conversions
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Strong network of brokers, investors, and industry professionals in Dubai
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
