Role Overview

The Channel Partner Manager – Real Estate is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with external real estate partners, including brokers, developers, landlords, and channel partners. The role ensures that all partnerships support the company’s growth strategy, operational goals, and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with real estate channel partners such as brokers, developers, landlords, and consultants
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to support real estate acquisition and expansion goals
  • Negotiate commercial terms, referral agreements, leases, and partnership contracts
  • Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, construction, and asset management)
  • Monitor partner performance, deal pipelines, and revenue contribution
  • Ensure partners comply with company standards, policies, and branding guidelines
  • Analyze market trends and partner insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Support portfolio planning, risk management, and long-term real estate strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
