Key Skills Required
- 3–10 years of experience in real estate channel sales (apartments / villas / residential projects)
- Proven experience in channel partner acquisition and relationship management
- Experience handling sales teams (5–8 members preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM / Sales ERP / Lead Management tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Good people management and leadership capabilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and drive channel sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market reach.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and agents to strengthen the partner network.
- Generate new leads through channel partners and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel sales execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive closures and long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate agreements, commissions, and SLAs with channel partners as per company policies.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the channel sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market developments to stay competitive.
- Educate customers on market trends, rental returns, and investment opportunities in projects.
- Track leads, conversions, and sales performance using CRM/ERP tools while coordinating internally for smooth closures.
