Global Channel Partner Marketing Manager – Distribution Solutions

Preferred locations: Dubai, Istanbul, Ramadan City, Johannesburg, Ryiadh

Work model: Hybrid #LI-hybrid


This role contributes to the Distribution Solutions division – Channel Partners Management, globally. Main stakeholders include sales channels, business lines, marketing, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and life cycle management of channel partners for Distribution Solutions, in line with the agreed game plan.

  • Define and implement customer journeys to enhance channel partner engagement and drive sustained business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing strategies and support effective channel strategies.

  • Lead the implementation of Technical & Branding Programs in the assigned region, ensuring alignment across business lines and ownership of related processes.

  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize marketing initiatives and funnel effectiveness.

  • Provide market insights to support mid- and long-term strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with channel partners (Distributors, System Integrators, Panel Builders, OEMs) in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Strong background in channel sales, business development, stakeholder management, and medium voltage products and systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
