Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing and executing all DSP profiles in Production related to customer and channels as per the instructions from the line manager, ensuring all profiles have the correct accesses and restrictions as per their designated channel, in accordance with TDRA mandates and Business Rules.
- Ensuring the execution of Suspension/ Deletion of all Dormant DSP Profiles as per the defined rules for Dormancy. The Candidate will conduct regular exercises and reports to highlight Dealer, User and Enabler performance, registration, etc.
- Take part in any CR impacting profile configuration for all Sales Channels.
- Provide assistance in creating automated reports with Configurable KPI’s to measure device performance.
- Ensure the Hardware team maintains an accurate inventory of all DSP devices, tracking device allocation to employees and departments.
- The candidate will provide assistance in planning and deploying newly procured devices to the market, including TDRA Registration.
- The Candidate will perform Asset Tracking and Reporting, generating regular reports on device utilization, maintenance status, and any deviations from asset management policies. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
- The Candidate will manage Device Retirement and Disposal: Ensuring processes for EOL for devices and disposal of mobile devices, including data wiping and recycling are being followed.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum Advanced level or Business Administration/technical degree
Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in telecommunication industry
- Strong customer experience and service delivery skills and knowledge highly desirable
- Highly Skilled in Microsoft office and having advance grade in Excel analytics.

- Analytical Expert, advanced skills in Excel.
- Product/Service/Controls Expert: Convert Findings into technical requirements Via CR process, validate Testing Scenario’s and raise any PDI’s.
- Eco-Systems Expert: Provisioning System like DSP, Asset Management System Like manage X.
- Channel Structure Expert: Identify Channel structure, accordingly Implement/Modify System profiles to meet Sales and Governance/Regulatory Requirements.
- Channel technical Governance Expert: convert all regulatory RFI’s and mandates into executable action plans.
- Technical Reporting: Suggest and implement DSP Device and Profile Automated reporting to manage Asset Performance and Avoid any market Breach (Compliance or Revenue).
- Flexible, creative and adaptable to changing environments and pressures.
- Should be able to convert compliance Mandates into business requirements and draft into a document to implement changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to analyze data and think A to Z of consequences.
- Strong analytical and product management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people, all levels within the organization such as executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- High levels of computer literacy in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in business applications such Siebel, BSCS, POS and Oracle highly desirable.
