Channel Relation / Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

The Manager – Channel Relations is responsible for relationship management, lead flow optimization, and day-to-day broker servicing to ensure the consistent delivery of channel-generated revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned brokers and agencies.
  • Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of broker deals including registration, follow-up, and closure coordination.
  • Ensure availability of updated project brochures, pricing, and sales tools for all channel partners.
  • Support execution of broker training and internal communication sessions.
  • Update lead progress and broker feedback regularly in CRM systems.
  • Address operational queries from brokers and align internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Maintain records of broker performance and incentive calculations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of Business Development or Accounts handling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
