Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Relations Manager to manage and expand broker partnerships, drive sales performance, onboard new channel partners, and consistently achieve sales targets in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Onboard and activate new brokers, with the ability to add 100+ brokers within a quarter.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Monitor partner performance and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Resolve partner issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales activation within the UAE real estate industry.
  • Experience working with leading real estate developers in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
