Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with banks, distributors, and external sales partners.
  • Achieve assigned AUM and sales targets through channel activation and performance.
  • Train and support channel partners on AMC products, regulatory guidelines, and sales tools.
  • Monitor sales funnel, track performance, and prepare periodic MIS reports.
  • Conduct market visits to acquire new channel partners and strengthen engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP and internal sales policies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for campaigns and product positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • 4–6 years of sales experience in AMCs, banks, or financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, distribution models, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
