Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with banks, distributors, and external sales partners.
- Achieve assigned AUM and sales targets through channel activation and performance.
- Train and support channel partners on AMC products, regulatory guidelines, and sales tools.
- Monitor sales funnel, track performance, and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Conduct market visits to acquire new channel partners and strengthen engagement.
- Ensure compliance with SECP and internal sales policies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for campaigns and product positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- 4–6 years of sales experience in AMCs, banks, or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, distribution models, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
