Performance Excellence Officer (Fresh Graduates Preferred)

Position: Relationship Manager - Corporate, HNWIs, and Retail Location: Lahore (On-site, Full-time)Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Achieve assigned sales in line with the company&rsquo;s strategy and objectives.</li><li>Acquire new clients (HNWIs, retail, and corporate) through proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives.</li><li>Manage and grow existing client relationships by understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable investment solutions.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios, identify new opportunities, and enhance wallet share.</li><li>Provide guidance on mutual funds, fixed income instruments, and other investment avenues aligned with clients&rsquo; risk appetite and return expectations.</li><li>Prepare and present customized investment proposals and portfolio recommendations.</li><li>Ensure all account opening and client onboarding processes are completed in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements, with complete and accurate documentation.</li><li>Coordinate closely with operations and back-office teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and service delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, client data, and timely reporting to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field</li><li>Any experience with AMCs, Banks, or within any financial industry will really count!</li><li>Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales/ relationship management</li><li>Knowledge of sales, client onboarding and investment sector. </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
