Area Manager - Retail Sales

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers to achieve sales targets.

* Drive retail sales and expand the client base.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

* Conduct daily client meetings and maintain an active prospect pipeline.

* Organize roadshows, client events, and branch-level promotional activities.

* Monitor team performance and submit sales MIS and activity reports.

* Collaborate closely with Regional Heads and senior management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of Experience in sales, wealth management, banking, investments, or financial services.

* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

* Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.

* ICM Certification (mandatory) or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of joining, as per SECP requirements.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
