We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Growth & Business Development Manager who can combine strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and proven sales expertise to drive the growth of our clinic and expand our partnerships both within and outside Pakistan.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities, managing teams, and creating systems that deliver measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase clinic revenue and market presence.
  • Create and manage effective sales funnels that convert enquiries into long-term clients and corporate partners.
  • Build partnerships with universities, schools, hospitals, NGOs, corporations, insurance providers, and healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct professional presentations, sales meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a structured CRM database with systematic follow-ups and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities for both Meeting Matters and, where appropriate, QANZAK GLOBAL services.

Clinic Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day business and administrative operations of the clinic.
  • Work closely with psychologists, administration, and leadership to ensure an outstanding client experience.
  • Monitor appointments, conversion rates, client satisfaction, and key business performance indicators.
  • Improve operational systems and implement processes that enhance efficiency and growth.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of administrative and business development staff.

Marketing & Digital Growth

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies with measurable return on investment.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, referral programs, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, AI tools, analytics, and automation systems to improve marketing and sales performance.

QualificationsEssential

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Candidates with a Master's degree and a CGPA of 3.5 or above will be preferred, but outstanding candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, client relationship management, or clinic administration.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare, mental health, education, wellness, technology, or service industries will be considered an advantage.
