Performance Excellence Officer

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Performance Excellence Officer to support performance monitoring and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor Sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
