Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data integration, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server and Oracle databases, hands-on experience with T-SQL and PL/SQL development, and a solid understanding of query optimization techniques. The role involves working with ETL processes, CRM systems, and reporting tools to deliver accurate and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects in SQL Server and Oracle environments.

Analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights to support business and operational objectives.

Perform query tuning and database performance optimization to ensure efficient data processing.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and KingswaySoft.

Integrate, extract, and transform data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications.

Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.

Develop, deploy, and support operational and analytical reports using SSRS.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and databases.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Document technical specifications, data models, and reporting processes.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Database Developer, BI Developer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Hands-on experience with T-SQL and PL/SQL programming.

Expertise in query writing, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

Experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft for data integration and ETL processes.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Strong experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Experience with SSRS report development and deployment.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
