We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Salesman to manage and grow our network of distributors, resellers, and channel partners for IT cables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of IT cable products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management.
  • Regularly visit partners to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional support.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms with partners within defined margins.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.
  • Conduct product training and marketing support to boost sales at channel partner locations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecast data to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in channel sales, preferably in IT hardware or cables.
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, passive components, and consumer electronics accessories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong network within the IT hardware distribution or retail market.
  • Familiarity with regional markets in the Bahrain.
